4.5 Currency. All transactions on the sx77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless an alternative currency is explicitly specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by sx77 at the time of the transaction.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. sx77 is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. The Company may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. sx77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review and to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and any associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
5.4 Promotional Changes. sx77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The Company is not liable to any player for any losses suffered as a result of a promotion being modified or cancelled.

12.1 Suspension by sx77. sx77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
12.2 Fund Handling on Suspension. In the event of account suspension for investigation purposes, the balance in your account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in your favor, your balance will be released in full. If the investigation finds a breach of these Terms, sx77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your balance in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting sx77 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in force, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the processes described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

When material changes are made to these Terms, we will notify registered users by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
